There will be 10 Sessions

Session 1: What do we need to change and why? Let's begin with your feelings.

Session 2: How can we usefully use emotion, and not be ruled by it?

Session 3: Create your world with emotion.

Session 4: What are the origins of, and solutions to, unhelpful thinking?

Session 5: How does polarized thinking impact on your life?

Session 6: How did you get to think that right/wrong were fixed realities?

Session 7: Whose mind operates yours anyway?

Session 8: Why be so attached, when it brings you pain?

Session 9: Bringing peace and harmony to self through non-attachment.

Session 10: Love yourself so you'll love your life.
